Recipe Summary Sunny Poutine
My favorite breakfast turned into a Canadian classic: Poutine! Use your favorite fries and hollandaise recipes to make this your own. I use baked fries; also tastes great on hash browns. This can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or supper!Ingredients | Canadian French Fries Poutine1 (16 ounce) package frozen French fries12 slices baconcooking spray4 eggssalt and ground black pepper to taste½ cup prepared hollandaise sauce1 tablespoon chopped fresh chivesDirectionsPreheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
