4 teaspoons salt

Directions

Whisk whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; store in an airtight container.

To make pancakes, mix together 1 cup of the mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons oil. Cook on a hot griddle and serve with your choice of toppings.
