Ingredients | Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing Recipe

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup mayonnaise

⅓ bunch fresh cilantro, or to taste

1 fresh tomatillo, husk removed, or more to taste

½ lime, juiced

½ jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded, or more to taste

1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)

1 clove garlic, peeled

⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste

Directions

Blend buttermilk, mayonnaise, cilantro, tomatillo, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, ranch dressing mix, garlic, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
