This is a recipe I made myself because I love the tartness of lime mixed with white chocolate. Also, I love cheesecake!Ingredients | No Bake Mango Lime Cheesecake Recipe2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened1 cup white sugar4 eggs1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips½ cup heavy whipping cream4 key limes, zested and juicedDirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan.Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, allowing each egg to blend into the cream cheese mixture before adding the next.Mix white chocolate chips, cream, lime juice, and lime zest together in a stainless steel bowl.
