My mother has suggested this was made up as a way to use up ingredients in the fridge.Ingredients | Whole 30 Ground Beef Recipes1 pound ground beef1 teaspoon white sugar1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon garlic salt2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles1 cup sour cream1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese1 large white onion, diced½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, or more to tasteDirectionsHeat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
