Serve this over egg noodles.Ingredients | Thick Buttermilk Biscuits1 (2 pound) venison roast, cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips½ cup red wine1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground black pepper1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil2 tablespoons butter1 large onion, diced1 pinch salt3 cloves garlic, minced¼ cup butter¼ cup all-purpose flour1 ⅓ cups beef stock¾ cup water1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more to taste1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softenedsalt and ground black pepper to tasteDirectionsPlace venison in a large bowl. Stir in red wine, 1 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes. Remove the venison; reserve the remaining marinade.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
